We process personal data lawfully, in good faith and proportionately. We only collect data that we actually need in order to offer and improve our services, and we keep it only for as long as it is required or as the law prescribes.

Depending on how you use the site, the following data may be processed:

• Server log data: your IP address (shortened where possible), the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, your browser type and version and your operating system. This is generated automatically by our hosting provider and is needed to operate the site securely.
• Contact form data: the name, email address, message and, if you choose to give one, the phone number you submit, so that we can answer your enquiry.
• Communication data: the content of emails, telephone calls and messages you send us, together with the contact details you provide.
• Booking data: if you book a class, that booking takes place on the Eversports platform. The data you enter there is processed by Eversports as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

We process your data to operate and secure the website, to answer enquiries you send us, to organise classes and appointments, and to meet our legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual and contractual communication, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where we are legally required to retain records. Under the Swiss FADP, processing is based on our legitimate interest and on your request to be contacted.

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, message text and any phone number you entered, and we use them solely to reply to you and to any directly related follow-up. The phone number is optional.

Providing this data is voluntary, but without a name and an email address we cannot reply. The message and our reply are retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and afterwards in accordance with statutory retention periods.

The form includes a simple spam-protection field. It records no additional personal data about you.

This website sets no tracking cookies, uses no advertising pixels and runs no web analytics that would profile you. Nothing on the site requires cookie consent for our own purposes.

Third-party content embedded on the site may set its own cookies once loaded. This is covered in the next section.

We keep third-party services to the minimum needed to run the site. The following are involved:

• Google Maps: the contact page embeds a map from Google Maps so you can find the studio. When that map loads, your IP address and information about your browser are transmitted to Google LLC and may be transferred to servers in the United States. Google may set cookies. Details are in Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts: the typefaces used on this site are served from our own domain, so no request is made to Google when you view a page.
• Eversports: our booking buttons link to the Eversports platform, operated by Eversports GmbH. Following such a link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy and its own controller.
• Instagram and Facebook: our social links are plain hyperlinks. No content from these platforms is embedded, so no data is transmitted to them until you actively follow a link.
• Hosting: the website is operated on infrastructure run by our hosting provider, which processes server log data on our behalf as a processor.
• Contact form delivery: a message sent through the contact form is passed to a relay service operated by Solory (solory.ch), which acts as a processor on our behalf. It receives the details you entered, together with your IP address for abuse prevention, records the enquiry so that none is lost, and sends us the notification email. It does not use your data for its own purposes.

Some of the services named above may process data outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States. Where a country does not offer an adequate level of protection, transfers are safeguarded by contractual measures such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

We keep personal data only for as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as statutory retention periods require. Server logs are deleted or anonymised after a short period. Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and no retention obligation applies.

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted TLS connection, which you can recognise by the https prefix in the address bar. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.

Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to:

• obtain information about the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have data deleted, where no retention obligation stands in the way
• have processing restricted, or object to it
• receive the data you provided in a common electronic format
• withdraw a consent you have given, with effect for the future

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern. If you are in the EU or the EEA, you can also complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

We may amend this privacy policy at any time so that it continues to reflect what actually happens on the site. The version published here is the one that applies. Please check back from time to time.
